Take a moment to look around your business environment and ask yourself whether someone can work and do their job? Is it the right environment? You then need to decide if there are aspects of your business that could cause harm, evaluate the risks, and then put actions in place to avoid them.

By being a responsible employer, you are taking the responsibility to ensure that people who are working for you, doing what you are employing them to do, are fully capable of doing the job. Therefore checks need to take place and also relevant training needs to be provided so that you can cover all bases.
